 What is a Cookie Pie?
Barbara’s Cookie Pies are a cookie-in-a-cookie. It all starts with premium-quality butter cookie dough made from a family recipe passed down through the generations. This buttery–rich cookie dough (a treat by itself) forms the bottom layer of each cookie pie. Then each is garnished with delectable toppings made from quality fresh ingredients such as fresh fruit preserves, marshmallow, creamy peanut butter, coconut, apple, buttercreams, caramel, almond, real chocolate and more – for a palate-pleasing treat. It’s the evolution of the cookie into something bigger and better.

Raspberry Chocolate Cookie Pie: This is where our Cookie Pies started. A decadent creation of three delicate layers of goodness : butter cookie crust, topped premium raspberry preserves, then garnished with real semi-sweet chocolate for a simply scrumptious combination. Our star is born. This variety is our pride and joy.

Ingredients:
Cookie Pie Crust: Fresh creamery butter, sugar, unbleached flour, real vanilla, whole eggs
Topping: Raspberry preserves with seeds, real semi-sweet chocolate
