Peppermint Cookies

These old-fashioned Peppermint Cookies are so popular during the Holidays we are offering them earlier this year. These great-tasting cookies are a wonderful gift or special treat all year round, but especially "cool" during the winter months. These delicious cookies will bring back childhood memories. We call them 'drop" cookies because  the cookie dough is dropped by spoonfuls onto the baking sheet given each cookie a distinct shape & size, then each is dipped in White Chocolate and topped with chopped up peppermint candy tidbits. (Sometimes we use Dark Chocolate instead of White so you can get either or both in your order.) A really nice contrast of soft and crunchy in the same bite.  Great for parties, offices, foir yourself or a personal or business gift!
