Barbara's Yom Kippur Chocolate Cherry Butter Cookies with dark chocolate and maraschino cherry (formerly known as our Bobbie Bella cookie) are made from a 3 generation authentic butter cookie recipe started by her Great Grandmother and perfected through the years by her Nana & Mom. Each cookie is hand-pressed & hand decorated lightly dusted with sugar crystals then topped with real chocolate and juicy maraschino cherry. Heaven-sent. Our dough is 100% natural and made from an 'all butter' cookie recipe so it is very flavorful. Because it's all butter (and not a margarine or shortening blend), each cookie has a dense texture that is simply delicious. There is nothing like a fresh-baked, home-spun authentic Butter Cookie and these are simply divine - great with milk, tea or coffee. About 26 cookies to a pound.
They are available on platters, tins, boxes or bags. A custom label or hang tag that says anything you want can be added.
