Robin's story
Robin's cookies first started when Robin realized how many people had fallen in love her famous homemade cookies. Praise was just the beginning. People actually stashed her cookies in hiding spots, in hopes of never having to share them with anyone else (this plan would sometimes backfire when they forgot where their secret hiding spot actually was!) Robin then knew it was time to share robins cookies with everyone! Robin used her cookies to create Gratitude Programs for business across the country. She worked with businesses nationwide to develop customized, turn-key, on-going gratitude programs aimed at turning prospects into clients and building loyalty with existing customers. And Robin was successful! This small expression of appreciation kept customers returning for service and new purchases.
