Each Cookie Pie starts with a 100% natural butter cookie dough made from a 3 generation family recipe. This buttery cookie crust (a treat in itself) forms the bottom layer of each cookie pie; then each is filled with popular cookie & candy toppings made with the finest ingredients. It’s a cookie-in-a cookie!
Each Cookie Pie is made from scratch in small batches at a licensed & certified commercial bakery in N.J.
They are easy to slice and eat and can be eaten hand-held (like a cookie) or with a fork (like a pie.)
Cookie Pies can stay at room temperature for 4 weeks after opening or can be frozen for a year. They make great gifts so don’t forget to order extra for upcoming special occasions and holidays.
Tell Customers that Barbara’s Cookie Pies are over a full pound in weight. A little goes a long way because it’s a cookie-in-a-cookie. Each Cookie Pie can be sliced into at least 8 wedges.

SELLING TIPS
Ask friends & family to help you.
Make a list of potential customers such as friends, relatives, neighbors, teachers, other students
Introduce yourself and the organization you are fundraising for professionally. Practice what you will say about your organization and the products you are selling.
Smile, be polite and thank customers for their order. If someone does not choose to order, still be polite and show gratitude for their time.
Do NOT sell door to door or in unfamiliar surroundings.
Collect money when taking the order. You can collect a check or cash. Store the money in the envelope provided and put it in a safe place. Give the money to Dr. Schechter along with your Order Form.
Remind customers to think about upcoming events, celebrations, holidays and gift occasions. Barbara’s Cookie Pies retail for a minimum of $24.50. Your selling price represents excellent value.
