Barbara's Birthday Jumbo Coconut Macaroons. These artisan hand-crafted Macaroons promise to be spectacular & the best you've ever tasted! Chewy, moist, decadent, flavorful - each hand-scooped and hand-dipped in dark chocolate or white chocolate for an extra special touch. Made in small batches with sweetened, flaked coconut (the gold standard of coconut) and fine gourmet ingredients, these macaroons are really something special! We offer an assortment flavors in each package and one is better than the other (Original, Caramel, Cherry Almond, Lemon, Orange) and a variety of sizes & package options. You will definitely taste the love in every bite. These are not conventional, ordinary macaroons. The secret is in the toasted coconut we use. Great to serve or give as a gift.
Each generously-sized macaroon is 2 1/2" diameter and each weigh about 1.5oz. There are about 12 to a pound plus we add in a few of Mini Macaroons to fill up the spaces. Remember, Barbara can personalize or customize each package to your specifications by adding logos, photos, graphics, and/or text, to help make your gift uniquely yours.
